High Protein Superfood Bars
- 1 packet of High Protein superfood
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- Honey to taste (I used about 2 tablespoons)
Hands up who loves a healthy protein bat but are frustrated by the ones on the market because they are high in sugar? Well now you can make your own in less than five minutes.
- Melt the coconut oil, almond butter and honey
- Mix in the muesli
- Smooth mixture into a dish and set in the fridge.
