High Protein Superfood Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of your favourite high protein superfood
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • ¼ almond butter
  • Honey to taste
    (I used about 2 tablespoons)

Hands up who loves a healthy protein bat but are frustrated by the ones on the market because they are high in sugar? Well now you can make your own in less than five minutes.

  1. Melt the coconut oil, almond butter and honey
  2. Mix in the muesli
  3. Smooth mixture into a dish and set in the fridge.
